For Photographers
The IrisFilter algorithm was developed by Reiji Sakurai, a photographer
who wanted to modify the focal properties of photgraphs in post production (patent pending).
Using IrisFilter, you can emulate real out-of-focus effects otherwise
possible only with an actual camera. Now you too can use beautifully defocussed
images for a background in your work. Since this tool is
like a virtual camera, you can enjoy changing the shape of the iris
to whatever shape you want - a circle, pentagon, hexagon, octagon,
heart shape, diamond shape, or any pattern you choose. |
