adjustment other than resizing) (Original Image size: 1024x768)
With IrisFilter renders natural Bokeh (out-of-focus) effect to any kind
of pictures without any adjustment.

Photoshop CS
(Hexagon, Radius=100, Blur Focal Distance=211, Threshold=240,
Brightness=91 (Manually adjusted for the purpose of better accuracy of
the Bokeh effect.)
Bokeh filter in Photoshop CS requires complicated adjustments to "Threshold"
and "Brightness" of "Specular Highlights" to realize
a better result. However, even after all the efforts you made, the Bokeh
is muddy and unnatural in quality.
In addition, the adjustment of Threshold would collapse the silhouettes
of the objects and blow out the white area. (In this particular test image,
Threshold is adjusted to avoid blow-out in the white are of the sea gull.
This problem tends to occur as you try to brighten the Bokeh area.)
Test your self and see how it works. --> (Original
